Note: Although we Americans might use hay instead of wool, not having ever been a great wool producing society, the proverb is still clear: do not let a day pass in sterility or unfruitfulness, that is, as far as building the Kingdom is concerned. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness...."
